On June 29, 2023, Bingsheng Ke, chairman of China Rural Special Technology Association, along with over 100 representatives from 26 provincial science and technology associations, Rural Special Technical Associations, and agricultural colleges and universities, visited Pinghe Honey Pomelo STB for an exchange and observation session.

Liangquan Wu, the responsibility expert of Pinghe Honey Pomelo STB, introduced a detailed overview of the STB operational model and work effectiveness to Chairman Bingsheng Ke and the visiting delegation. Additionally, PhD student Ziwei Luo introduced the long-term experimental base of the Pinghe Honey Pomelo STB, and made a detailed report on the experimental treatment and their outcomes.

Mayor Qingnan Ye of Banzai Town provided an overview of the construction of the Pinghe Honey Pomelo STB building. Secretary Jiancai Lai of Wuxing Village introduced the transformations in Wuxing Village under the guidance of Party branch construction. Pinghe Honey Pomelo STB students briefed President Ke about the research work, technological innovation, and promotion efforts within the STB. Chairman Bingsheng Ke fully affirmed the work of Pinghe Honey Pomelo STB.

Chairman Ke kindly inquired about the working experiences of the STB students. Student representative Mengjie Jin expressed that students rooted in the grassroots have learned to interact effectively with farmers of local county, town, and village leaders. The accumulation of experience over time has comprehensively improved their abilities.

The student Dean of the Pinghe Honey Pomelo STB, Mengjie Jin, presented a gift to Chairman Bingsheng Ke on behalf of the STB before the end of the activity. After the activity, the leaders and teachers who participated in the exchange and observation said that through the field observation, they deeply realized that the Pinghe Honey Pomelo STB had great potential in learning and implementing the "ten million project" experience and helping to comprehensively promote the cause of rural revitalization.
