On May 27, 2022, the final of the first STB competition of the "Pinduoduo Cup" in China Graduate Students' Rural Revitalization, Science and Technology, Strong Agriculture + Innovation Competition was held in Dali, Yunnan Province.

To further leverage the advantages of STB in serving rural revitalization, the National Agricultural Graduate Education Steering Committee has actively promoted the China Graduate Innovation and Practice Series Competition, and set up the "Rural Revitalization Science and Technology, Strengthen Agriculture +" theme competition. STB is one of the five special courses of this theme competition.

One hundred teams from STB across the country participated in this competition. After the preliminary, final and expert judging procedures, 6 teams won the grand prize, 9 teams won the first and 15 teams won the second prize.

The innovation project of Pinghe Honey Pomelo STB "Honey Pomelo Green Quality and Efficiency Enhancing Technology to help Pinghe County Rural Revitalization", won the competition's Grand prize! Wu Liangquan, the university advisor, and Lai Zhenhe, the non-university advisor, won the Excellent Advisor Award.
